1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the RunWars application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our application.

2. Service Description

RunWars is a running activity tracking application that allows users to:

• Record and track their runs using GPS
• Compete for control of geographic hexagons
• Share activities with other users
• Participate in battles and challenges
• View personal statistics and achievements

3. User Registration and Account

To use certain features of RunWars, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Data Collection and Use

When using RunWars, we collect and process location data (GPS coordinates of your runs), activity data (distance, time, speed and other performance metrics), profile data (username, profile picture, public statistics) and interaction data (comments, likes, follows, and battle participation). 5. Privacy and Location Data

You understand and agree that your running routes and conquered hexagon locations may be visible to other users, that you can set your account to private, that location data is stored securely and not shared with third parties without your consent, and that you can request deletion of your data at any time.

6. User Conduct

When using RunWars, you agree to:

• Not falsify activity or location data
• Not use the application to harass, intimidate, or harm other users
• Not share offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Not attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization
• Not use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate the system
• Respect traffic rules and safety when performing physical activities

7. Hexagon and Battle System

• Hexagons are conquered by running within their geographic area
• A hexagon's "strength" is determined by the distance run within it
• Other users can challenge your hexagons by running more distance in them
• Battles are temporary competitions for control of specific areas
• We do not guarantee the continuous availability of any hexagon or battle

8. Intellectual Property

RunWars and all its content (design, code, logos, text) are the property of RunWars or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the application's content without authorization, reverse engineer the software, or use our trademarks without written permission. You retain ownership of your activity data, but grant us a license to use it within the service.

9. Limitation of Liability

RunWars is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for physical injuries during running activities, data loss due to technical failures, service interruptions or GPS tracking errors, disputes between users, or content generated by other users.

IMPORTANT: Always prioritize your physical safety. Do not run in dangerous areas, respect traffic signals, and stay aware of your surroundings.

10. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature, change the rules of the hexagon and battle system, update these Terms (we will notify you of important changes), and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the application settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, participate in fraudulent or abusive activities, or do not use the account for an extended period. Upon deletion, your personal data will be deleted according to our data retention policy.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.

14. General Provisions

• If any provision of these terms is invalid, the others will remain in effect
• Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right
• These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and RunWars
